Chapter 2 talks about Extreme Self Care – mentally, physically and spiritually. Being mentally strong starts with a quieting of your mind for at least 10 minutes every day. A great way to achieve this quieting is through meditations. If you are new to meditation, I highly recommend starting with guided imagery meditations.
